What this website does with your information
Short, because there is not much to say. We would rather you could actually read it.

The short version
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive what you typed and we use it to reply to you. That is all. There is no advertising tracking on this site, nothing is sold or shared with a referral agency, and you will not be added to a mailing list.
What we collect, and when
Only if you send the form. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, your relationship to the person needing care, your rough timeframe, and whatever you wrote in the message.
Nothing otherwise. Reading these pages does not create an account, set an advertising cookie, or build a profile of you. This site runs no analytics service, no advertising pixels, and no chat widget.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, which is why you have not been shown a consent banner. Your browser may store small preferences locally, but nothing is sent to us.
Who else is involved
Two companies handle data on our behalf, and only these two:
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, its servers process the request your browser makes — including your IP address — in order to deliver the page and to block attacks. Cloudflare keeps limited security and performance logs.
- Resend delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. The contents of your message pass through its email service.
Neither is permitted to use your information for its own marketing, and we do not give your details to anyone else — in particular not to the placement and referral services that buy enquiries from care homes.
How long we keep it
An enquiry stays in our email for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete it, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Fonts and third-party requests
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font servers to fetch them. Google states that it does not use those requests to build advertising profiles. No other third-party resource is loaded by these pages.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Health information
Please do not put detailed medical information into the enquiry form. A short description of the situation is genuinely enough to start a conversation, and the rest is far better said on the telephone or in person.
The records we keep about people who live here are a separate matter, governed by health privacy law, and covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices rather than by this page. Ask us for a copy and we will give you one.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@premiumresidentialliving.com or call (706) 703-3101. There is no form to fill in and no fee.
If this page changes
The date at the top changes with it. If we ever add something that tracks you — we have no plans to — it will be described here before it goes live, not afterwards.
